Iskren Tonchev (Iskrata) is singer, songwriter, composer and beatboxer. He is known for his unique style and producing songs in different music genres. He was born on May 10 1993, in Burgas. He started singing at a very young age. Piano, saxophone and flute are the musical instruments he can play at.

At the age of 13 he started making beatbox. A few years later he won the Bulgarian beatbox championship. Then he took part in the World Beatbox Championship in Berlin.

At the age of 19 Iskrata started making beats. In 2014 he moved to Sofia and shortly after he started working with some of the most popular Bulgarian hip hop and pop artists – DARA, Pavell & Venci Venc’, Mihaela Fileva, Grafa, Santra, Atanas Kolev, Moisey, Zhana Bergendorff, Plamen & Ivo, etc.

In 2016 he participated in the Bulgaria Got Talent Show, reaching the finals performing combination between beatbox, singing and playing at musical instruments. Right after that Iskrata signed an artist record deal with Monte Music Ltd. In 2016 he released his first single called “Mnogo dobre” and produced a few songs that reached number one in the music charts. The songs he produced are viewed more than 70 million times.

His song “Pomnya” turned into audience’s favorite. Other famous songs of his are “Neochakvan obrat” in collaboration with Grafa, “Igraem za pobeda” and “Tantsuvam samo za teb” with Mihaela Fileva, “Nepoznato myasto”, also the song “Chica Tranquilla” which creates cheerful mood. In march 2019 he releases the track “Samo moya”.
